Returns & Exchanges Promise
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, whether it’s a Bed from our Bedroom Furniture line, a Dining Table, or a piece of Home Office Furniture. If an item isn’t the perfect fit for your space, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer-centric team at [email protected] with your order number and item details. Use the provided template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for packaging and shipping the item back to our workshop in Winooski, Vermont.
- Package & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts, hardware, and documentation. Attach the provided RMA label clearly on the box. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- Inspection & Processing: Once received and inspected at our workshop (typically within 5-7 business days), we will process your refund or exchange and notify you via email.

Refunds: Timing & Method

- Timing: After we receive and inspect your return, we will initiate your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution but is typically within 5-10 business days after we process it.
Important: Original shipping fees (Standard or Free Shipping via EMS) are non-refundable. We will cover all return shipping costs only if you received a defective or incorrect item.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)
Based on the nature of our handcrafted and curated collections, the following product categories are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or Made-to-Order Furniture: Any item specifically customized for your space (e.g., a specific fabric on a Bedroom Bench or Entryway Bench, a custom-sized Desk or Dining Table).
- Final Sale Items: Any item clearly marked as “Final Sale” on its product page.
This policy ensures the integrity and unique value of our bespoke and curated pieces, such as select items from our Custom or Made-to-Order categories.
