4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once we receive and authorize your payment. You will receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Eligibility Window: You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be in new, unused, unassembled condition, in the original packaging with all parts, hardware, and documentation.

• Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. The refund may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
• Final Sale Items: Custom/Made-to-Order furniture and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. This protects the unique value of our bespoke pieces.
