We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our collections, whether it’s a Bed from our Bedroom Furniture line, a Dining Table, or a piece of Home Office Furniture. If you are not happy with your item, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our customer-centric team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange. Please use the provided template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Receive Authorization & Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for packaging and shipping the item back to our workshop address in Winooski, Vermont.
- Package & Ship: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts, hardware, and documentation. Attach the provided RMA label clearly on the outside of the box. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- Inspection & Processing: Once the item is received and inspected at our workshop (typically within 5-7 business days after arrival), we will process your refund or exchange. We will notify you via email once this step is complete.

Refunds: Timing & Method
Your security and satisfaction are our priority, extending to your refund.
- Timing: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution’s processing times, but it is typically within 5-10 business days after we process it.
- Please note that original shipping fees (Standard or Free Shipping via EMS) are non-refundable. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all associated return shipping costs.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- The item must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in new, unused, and unassembled condition, with all original packaging, tags, manuals, and hardware.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain customized, made-to-order, or final sale items.
Non-Returnable Items
Based on the nature of our handcrafted and curated collections, the following product categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or Made-to-Order Furniture: Any item specifically customized for your space (e.g., specific fabric on a Bench, custom-sized Desk or Dining Table).
- Final Sale Items: Clearly marked as such on the product page.
